Bailey was exceptional!!!! Answered the phone and gave me all of the info I needed to make a purchase. I removed a 1 star review I gave this establishment and replaced it with a 5 star review based solely on Bailey's great customer service. Thanks Bailey.

The woman working nightshift was very nice and very knowledgeable. HOWEVER, your location does not have enough staff at night for the amount of traffic going through there. Having 9+ people in a small area waiting for over 20 minutes to even get into the back is ridiculous. The owners need to add another night shifter. That poor woman is running her butt off trying to get through everyone before they get too impatient. Do better!

Mislabeling products can be dangerous for consumers, as different strains have very different effects and can interact unpredictably with a person's body and mental state. When I asked for clarification on the strain because the packaging contained no information, the employee became argumentative and could not provide any.To make matters worse, she refused to offer a refund or exchange, even for an unopened package, forcing me to accept her mistake. Her refusal to engage in a respectful customer interaction, sho
